Provider and service model
Deploir is a customer-facing managed deployment and application-hosting service operated by Nebula Craft Design Ltd, company 17180534, registered in England and Wales. Deploir is not sold as self-serve infrastructure software.
Commercial scope
Recurring pricing covers the ongoing managed service for the selected plan. Migration work, one-off setup, dedicated infrastructure upgrades, emergency work outside the agreed support boundary, and custom engineering may be quoted separately.
- No plan promises unlimited infrastructure or unlimited engineering time.
- No plan promises guaranteed uninterrupted availability.
- Higher-scope workloads may need additional technical and commercial review.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for the legality of their content, the provenance of their code, the authority to use their domains and repositories, and the accuracy of the technical information they provide.
Availability and limits
Deploir aims to provide reliable service, careful change management, backups, and incident coordination, but does not claim guaranteed uptime. The service boundary is factual rather than promotional.
