Lawful use
Deploir is intended for lawful software, websites, APIs, documentation, internal tools, and customer-owned business systems that fit the current operating model.
Prohibited activity
The following categories are outside the current Deploir acceptable-use boundary.
- Malware distribution, credential theft, botnet activity, phishing, or deliberate system intrusion.
- Illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, or services designed to evade lawful restrictions.
- Spam operations, hostile scraping, denial-of-service activity, or abusive automation against third parties.
- High-risk workloads that require moderation, compliance, or abuse controls beyond the agreed Deploir operating boundary.
Enforcement
Deploir may investigate abuse reports, request clarification, suspend changes, restrict access, or terminate service where a workload creates material legal, security, or operational risk. Actions should be proportionate to the severity and urgency of the issue.
